Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the HeyRookie website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective when posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Site

You agree to use HeyRookie only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any other party. When browsing and interacting with our Site, you agree that you will not:

All content on HeyRookie – including but not limited to blog posts, articles, images, videos, graphics, logos, and the “HeyRookie” name/branding – is the intellectual property of the Site owner (or is used by the Site owner with permission). Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada,   without regard to conflict of law principles. By using this Site, you expressly agree that any legal claim or action relating to the Site or these Terms must be filed and resolved in the provincial or federal courts located in the Province of British Columbia, Canada. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or inconvenient forum, although we retain the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.


If you access the Site from outside of Canada, you are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction (if and to the extent local laws are applicable). We make no representation that the content of the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations.
